The terms that apply when you use this website and the National Print Sourcing™ service.

Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or submitting a project, application, or message through it, you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you agree on that company's behalf.
What NPS™ does
National Print Sourcing LLC sources and coordinates print projects. We match submitted projects with qualified production partners and coordinate quoting, files, timing, and production questions through to delivery. Production partners produce the work; NPS™ remains your main point of contact on the projects it sources, from start to finish.
Project submissions and quotes
- Submitting a project costs nothing and does not obligate you to purchase.
- You receive a quote before production, and work begins only on your approval.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the details and files you submit, and for having the rights to any artwork or content you provide.
- Submitting a project does not guarantee a match; we tell you plainly if we cannot place it.
Partner participation
Participation in the production network is offered only to NPSOA members, subject to review by National Print Sourcing™. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. The terms of participation, including payment policies and project handling, are governed by the NPS Production Partner Agreement accepted during onboarding, which controls over these website terms for work sourced through NPS™.
Your content
Artwork and files you submit remain yours. You grant NPS™ and the production partner matched to your project the right to use them to quote, produce, and deliver your project. The content of this website, including its text and design, belongs to National Print Sourcing LLC and may not be reused without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful content, no submitting material you lack rights to, no attempts to disrupt the site or its forms, and no automated scraping of its content.
Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided as is. While we stand behind the coordination of every project sourced through NPS™, NPS™ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website itself. Terms specific to a produced project, including remedies, are addressed in the quote and coordination process for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. National Print Sourcing LLC operates from Columbus, Ohio.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions about these terms reach a person through the Contact page.
