Submitting a project.
How does NPS™ work?
You submit your project once with what you need and when you need it. NPS™ reviews the project, identifies the qualified production partner best suited to the work, and coordinates pricing, files, timing, production questions, and next steps through delivery. NPS™ remains your main point of contact throughout the process.
What does it cost to submit a project?
Submitting a project costs nothing. You receive a quote for the work before anything goes to production, and nothing is produced until you approve it.
How fast will I hear back?
We follow up within two business days of your submission. If your project is time-sensitive, mark it as a HOT request so it can be prioritized for review.
What kinds of projects can I submit?
We source commercial print, signage, packaging, labels, wide format, direct mail, promotional products, decorated apparel, finishing, fulfillment, installation, and specialty projects. If you are not sure where your project fits, submit it anyway; NPS™ reviews every request.
Who actually produces my project?
A qualified production partner selected based on your project's requirements produces the work. Every production partner must complete the NPS™ qualification process before becoming eligible to receive project opportunities. NPS™ remains your main point of contact and coordinates with the selected qualified production partner throughout the project.
What files should I include?
Print-ready PDFs are ideal, but send what you have. NPS™ will review the available files and clarify any specifications or file requirements needed before production.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Contact NPS™ if there is an issue with your project. NPS™ will coordinate with the qualified production partner and work through the next steps with you.
Joining the network.
Who can join the network?
Participation is offered only to NPSOA members, subject to review by National Print Sourcing™. Membership is verified during the review.
How do I apply?
Complete the application on the Join the Network page. Every application goes through the same qualification steps, and each step is reviewed by NPS™. Submitting the form does not guarantee approval.
What are the participation terms?
Participation terms, payment requirements, and project-handling policies are defined in the NPS Production Partner Agreement during onboarding, before any opportunity is offered.
How do opportunities reach me?
Once approved and activated, NPS™ may invite you to review an opportunity when your capabilities, location, and capacity align with a buyer's project. You may accept or decline any opportunity, you provide pricing to NPS™, and work sourced through NPS™ is handled through NPS™ from start to finish.
