Privacy Policy.
What National Print Sourcing™ collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Effective July 27, 2026.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how National Print Sourcing LLC ("NPS™," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website, including the Submit a Project form, the Join the Network application, and the Contact form.
Information you provide
- Submit a Project: your name, company, email, phone, project details (type, quantity, timeline, specifications), and any files you upload.
- Join the Network: your company information, contact details, and production capabilities (equipment, materials, capacity, service area, and related business details).
- Contact form: your name, email, and message.
Files you upload
Files attached to a project submission (artwork, specifications, reference documents) are stored with your project record and used only to quote, produce, and coordinate your project.
How we use your information
We use what you submit to review your request, match projects with production partners, coordinate quoting and production, respond to your messages, and send the email notifications connected to your submission (such as confirmations and follow-ups). We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing with production partners
Project details, including specifications and uploaded files, may be shared with qualified production partners for sourcing and matching: that is how your project gets matched, quoted, and produced. Partner application details are used for qualification and matching decisions and are not published.
Transactional email (confirmations and notifications) is delivered through Brevo, an email delivery service. Your email address is used to send those messages and to respond to you.
Hosting
This site runs on managed WordPress hosting provided by Kinsta. Information you submit is stored on that hosting infrastructure.
Spam protection
Our forms measure how long a submission takes so we can filter out automated spam, which is sent far faster than a person can fill out a form. This collects no information about you and requires nothing from you.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
Retention and your choices
We keep submission records for as long as they are needed to coordinate work and maintain business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request a correction or deletion, reach us through the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
